wired: /[wahyuh rd] adj.: a mountain climbing term meaning that a climber, having watched and learned the route, is mentally prepared to make a climb and has the tools and skills he/she needs to complete it. In keeping with this definition and with the 7 Mountain Revelation that God birthed through our Pastor, it is our desire that each student would come to understand the mountain they are called to and begin to take ownership of their kingdom authority to do so. We want to facilitate an environment where teenagers are free to talk about real life issues while coming to a greater understanding of their identity in Christ. Our format varies from week to week but always includes a game or something fun to shake things up a bit.
Some nights we have a teaching setting where the students will learn how to apply Biblical principles to their lives and situations, while other weeks we have small groups where they can discuss topics that are relevant to things that they deal with on a daily basis.
Outside events are planned at least once per quarter. The types of events vary but can include student conferences, outreach events, and opportunities to just have fun and get to know one another!
