Testimonials from people who recently received prophetic ministry:"It was such a beautiful moment for me to experience the power of the Holy Spirit and feel God's love."
"Sooooo encouraging! I want more!"
"Every word was on point!"
Prophetic ministry is a wonderful opportunity to listen for God's voice, and we love it because it allows us to interact with so many people who visit us from different backgrounds and churches. There are two ways to receive prophetic ministry at Daystar, which we generally do in our regular services on the first and third Saturdays of each month:
• A 15-minute individual appointment during which 2 or 3 people listen to God's heart for what He wants to say to you. These take place during the first part of the worship service in smaller private rooms.
• In the sanctuary after the message, in which a few team members prophetically minister to people in the congregation. This ministry time is recorded for those receiving ministry and then emailed to those who request a recording.
A limited number of individual appointments are available. Sign-ups begin at 5:45 p.m. in the lobby before the service starts on first and third Saturdays, and the first ministry session starts at 6:30 p.m. These appointments are available for people 16 and older; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or pastoral leader. Couples receiving prophetic ministry must be married.
We try to prioritize those traveling from out of town and first-time visitors in scheduling our room assignments. However, we do have a system to help ensure those that are not always able to come early for sign up have an opportunity to receive ministry. Please bring a recording device or cell phone if you would like your session to be recorded.
All our teams consist of Christians from different churches in Atlanta. They have received training at Daystar, and all have one goal: to listen to the Lord's heart toward you. You never have to be concerned about being corrected or embarrassed, and we do not speak directional prophecy (who to marry, where to move, which job to take, etc.).
We also have prophetic training at times—a great opportunity to learn how to hear God's voice.
